Sunday, May 7th

This event is an annual campaign that not only raises awareness about our Visiting Hospice Palliative Care program but needed financial support to assist in the ongoing operations of this program.

The Visiting Hospice Palliative Program is community-based and delivered by trained volunteer visitors.
It provides compassionate and dignified care to individuals of all ages living with a life-limiting illness or in need of end of life care, and ongoing support to their family, friends and caregivers.

Come out and join us on this walk through lovely Brighton Ontario on Sunday, May 7th – details below:

10:00 -11:00 am Registration
11:00 am Opening Ceremony & Fundraising BBQ
11:15 am Warm–Up
11:30 am “Move for What Matters” walk begins
12:30 pm Closing Ceremony
1:30 pm BBQ & Music Finish
