Meals On Wheels
Hot nutritious meals delivered on pre-arranged days each week by friendly volunteers. To supplement this program we have initiated our popular Frozen Meal option.

Diners Club
A nutritious meal at a central location on pre-arranged days.

Transportation
Door to door transportation to appointments, shopping etc. for individuals unable to access other modes of transportation.

Home Help
Assistance with routine household activities such as light housekeeping, shopping, meal preparation.

Home Maintenance
Provides assistance with tasks such as snow shovelling and yard maintenance.

Friendly Visiting
Volunteers are matched with isolated individuals in their home to help them socially integrate into the community.

Caregiver Support & Respite Service
Provides support for the caregiver, to relieve stress placed on family relationships, through one on one visits and educational opportunities

Telephone Security Checks
Provides regular phone contact to people to let them know help is available if and when needed.
