CLIENTS

People interested in using any service delivered by Community Care should contact a local office. 

Clients can call themselves, be referred through family, friends or other community agencies.  Every call is confidential and Community Care will not impose services or programs on anyone.

New clients must register to use our services.  You will be required to complete some paper work, usually done during a home visit by one of our Program Coordinators.

Office hours are 8:30 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday, except during statutory holidays.  Voice mail and email are available after hours at all six of our locations.

Community Care makes every effort to provide service to clients outside of regular office hours dependent on volunteer and staff availability.

Fees may apply to some of our programs to cover expenses.
We will discuss applicable fees with you.
